Peran Digital Detox dalam Meningkatkan Konsentrasi Belajar Pelajar di Era Digital

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah membawa perubahan signifikan terhadap pola belajar peserta didik di era digital. Meskipun perangkat digital mempermudah akses informasi, penggunaannya yang berlebihan sering kali menimbulkan distraksi yang berdampak pada menurunnya konsentrasi belajar. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan strategi yang mampu mengelola penggunaan perangkat digital secara lebih bijak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digital detox dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar peserta didik di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan menelaah secara sistematis berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan dan terkini, seperti artikel jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian yang membahas praktik digital detox serta pengaruhnya terhadap konsentrasi dan perilaku belajar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digital detox berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan fokus peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, digital detox juga berdampak pada perbaikan manajemen waktu, peningkatan kesehatan mental, penurunan tingkat stres, serta penguatan keterampilan interaksi sosial. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembatasan penggunaan perangkat digital dalam jangka waktu tertentu mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih kondusif. Dengan demikian, digital detox dapat disimpulkan sebagai strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar, mendukung pencapaian akademik, dan mewujudkan keseimbangan kesejahteraan emosional peserta didik di tengah tingginya ketergantungan terhadap teknologi digital.
