The study aims to explore Islamic leadership in blended learning to improve managerial competence and ethical job performance. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the implementation of blended learning in PKA training at BPSDMD NTB. Data collection includes interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore the integration of Islamic leadership principles and their impact on managerial competence. The study found that effective blended learning requires strong participant engagement, reliable technology, interactive facilitation, and flexible scheduling. Key challenges include limited interaction, infrastructure issues, and time management, all affecting the success of managerial training at BPSDMD NTB. This study contributes to the academic discourse by bridging the gap between Islamic leadership and modern educational strategies, offering a model that can be adapted to various public sector training programs. This study concludes that integrating Islamic leadership into blended learning effectively enhances managerial competence, promotes ethical leadership, and supports inclusive, interactive training for public administrators in the digital era.</p>2025-04-16T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Prasetya Utama, Suciati Suciatihttps://jipp.unram.ac.id/index.php/jipp/article/view/3293Pengembangan E-LKPD Berbasis CORE Pendekatan Etnomatematika pada Materi Relasi dan Fungsi Siswa Kelas VIII2025-03-19T12:09:38+00:00Unika Tri Pangestuti[email protected]Dwi Sulistyaningsih[email protected]Eko Andy Purnomo[email protected]<p>Hadirnya berbagai teknologi digital menuntut untuk menciptakan pembelajaran matematika yang interaktif, efisien, dan menarik bagi siswa, salah satunya penggunaan E-LKPD. Studi ini memiliki tujuan guna mengembangkan E-LKPD berbasis CORE pendekatan etnomatematika materi relasi dan fungsi untuk siswa kelas VIII. Metode yang digunakan berupa <em>Research and Development </em>(R&D) dengan mengadopsi model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup tahap <em>analysis</em>, <em>design</em>, dan <em>development</em>. Analisis data dilakukan melalui penilaian validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, serta penilaian respon siswa dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Hasil validasi E-LKPD yang dikembangkan memperoleh skor sebesar 88,9% oleh ahli media dan 84% dari ahli materi, dengan rata-rata keseluruhan 86,5% dan termasuk kategori sangat valid; (2) Hasil respon guru mencapai 93,8% dan respon siswa 84,3%, dengan masing-masing termasuk kriteria sangat praktis.
