Hubungan Self-Regulation dengan Metacognitive Awareness Mahasiswa Pada Pembelajaran Berbasis Portofolio

Abstract

Pembelajaran berbasis portofolio merupakan pembelajaran yang berfokus pada assessment proses pembelajaran yang di dalamnya mencantumkan bukti/evidence proses pembelajaran tersebut. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan self-regulation dengan metacognitive awarenees pada pembelajaran berbasis portofolio. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian korelasional (correlational research). Variabel yang diteliti dalam hal ini adalah self-regulation sebagai variable prediktor dan metacognitive awareness sebagai variable respon. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini meliputi Metacognitive Awareness Inventory (MAI), dan Self-Regulation Instrument. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara self-regulation dengan metacognitive awareness mahasiswa pada pembelajaran berbasis portofolio dengen nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0.763 (tinggi) dan arah hubungan self-regulation dengan metacognitive awareness adalah positif. Nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) adalah sebesar 0.582, sehingga dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabilitas nilai kesadaran metakognitif mahasiswa ditentukan 58.2% oleh self-regulation dari diri mahasiswa tersebut. Persamaan garis regresi hubungan self-regulation dengan metacognitive awareness adalah Y=61.176 + 0.387X1.
