Abstract

Komunikasi inklusif merupakan prasyarat penting dalam mewujudkan layanan pembinaan yang setara dan manusiawi di lingkungan lembaga pemasyarakatan, khususnya bagi warga binaan dengan kebutuhan disabilitas sensorik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi workshop “Satu Bahasa, Beragam Cara” dalam meningkatkan komunikasi inklusif di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas III Rangkasbitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek sebanyak 31 warga binaan yang mengikuti workshop pada 31 Maret 2026. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi partisipatif, dokumentasi kegiatan, dan wawancara singkat terhadap peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan workshop berlangsung aktif dan interaktif; peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi, respons yang positif, serta kemampuan dalam memahami dan mempraktikkan dasar-dasar bahasa isyarat dan komunikasi sederhana. Kegiatan ini juga mendorong terbentuknya kesadaran awal mengenai pentingnya komunikasi inklusif di lingkungan pemasyarakatan. Dengan demikian, workshop berbasis praktik dapat menjadi strategi efektif sebagai langkah awal dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan kesadaran komunikasi inklusif, serta mendukung terciptanya lingkungan pembinaan yang lebih aksesibel dan partisipatif.
