This journal is open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or / institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author. This is in accordance with Budapest Open Access Initiative.

Jurnal Ilmiah Profesi Pendidikan (Print ISSN 2502-7069 and Online ISSN 2620-8326). First published in 2016. The publication period started with the May 2016 issue with two issues per year: May and November.

Since 2023, Jurnal Ilmiah Profesi Pendidikan is published four times a year with issues in February, May, August, and November.
